Medical examiner ruled it HOMICIDE by smothering + compression asphyxia. Coffey was charged with involuntary manslaughter. Maddy’s family just filed a wrongful death lawsuit against her. The entire daycare got shut down. How does a “caregiver” do this to an innocent baby on her very first day?!
