@RonSFriedman @robert_zubrin 3 minutes one way. BTC's block cycle is 10 minutes. A transaction on mars placed at the same time as one that was made on earth could easily be confirmed at the same time. This is without considering that there will be BTC servers on Mars which have no delay.
