Changes have been made to TWT 2026: For Dojos: - Now photos MUST be taken of the event while it is running. Pools area, commentators area and stream station. - Archives must be uploaded somewhere permanent and pictures uploaded post-event. - Only Top 2 Dojo placements count toward your point total for globals. Top 8 for Masters are now all Ft3 instead of just Top 4. (Challengers can still be Top 4 ft3 if they want). Your Top 4 Masters and Master+ points count towards point total which has increased the importance of good performances at these events. Overall these changes are very good and I believe the global leaderboard will now reflect the BEST performing players in the world. Dojos will be a lot harder to abuse since they matter less points wise and there are more checks to ensure fair play. Thanks @y_esports @LaDOSE_Flo and the rest of the team involved for these changes.

Bandai Namco has begun cracking down hard on cheaters in Tekken 8 following the latest Season 3 update This week alone over 40 players have banned or access temporarily restricted for Plugging, Lag switching, Cheating, & Boosting

Lows shouldn't step-able. They are the core of Tekken mix up games. Don't just cry for nerfs.

I never said the character shouldn’t be nerfed. We all agree that Hwoarang’s 10f launcher needed to go. But db4 CH launcher should have been damage nerfed instead of removed entirely. And most importantly, Flappy Kick, one of Hwoarang’s core moves for years, should not have been taken out. Compared to Tekken 7, Hwoarang has lost almost all of his launchers except for maybe two. Backlash no longer launches, f1+2 CH no longer launches, RFF b4 CH no longer launches,LFS F3 Was ch launcher before now heat. RFS B3 same and no launcher without heat. and now Flappy Kick doesn’t launch on CH either. The sad part is that the character is starting to lose his identity, and the moves he’s had for years are slowly being removed.

My first post defending @mykeryu and @nkt_dreamer. We wanted nerfs. If you complain about your character getting nerfed KYS. You are everything wrong with the Tekken community. Doesn't matter if you're a pro or casual. This was a good patch.
