@easyJet absolutely shocking service. All flights cancelled from Amsterdam to London Gatwick and 4 hour long line at the airport for customer service! Not to mention 3 hour waiting on the phone and no answer. Only offering one night free accommodation but no flights for 2 days!

@easyJet We have just received a text after 7.5 hours saying you have no rooms near the airport and to visit the ground staff for help. We were there in the que for 3 hours earlier to see the ground staff and they were no help at all. We currently have nowhere to stay for 2 nights.
