Elias Law Group is currently litigating 79 voting and election cases in 39 states. The fight for free and fair elections is the fight of our generation. I'm proud that we are doing our part.

Colorado — VOTE YES to Protect Girls’ Sports! ✅ This is common sense — and now it’s on the ballot. PKC volunteers worked so hard to gather the signatures. Now all you have to do is show up and VOTE YES. Tell every parent, coach, teacher, and friend. It’s time to make girls’ sports female again. Stand up for our daughters. Vote YES on all 3 PKC ballot measures. Share this far and wide — let’s win this for the girls! 💪🏽 #ProtectGirlsSports #YESonAll3

Tina Peters isn’t a victim, she’s guilty as sin. She doesn’t deserve a single dollar of YOUR tax money. I’ll fight this with everything I have.

We are disappointed that candidate @victormarx has chosen to not participate in the candidate debate being hosted by Centennial Institute at Colorado Christian University on May 26. The Marx campaign argued that one of the moderators (@MichaelDBrown) was biased against its candidate. Upon learning this, Michael Brown offered to remove himself as a panelist. We learned of the Marx campaign decision on Thursday evening, May 14, via a voicemail left for Centennial Institute Director Greg Schaller. Schaller attempted to call the Marx campaign manager three times the following day, and left a voicemail requesting to discuss the decision. No return calls were received from the Marx campaign. If the Marx campaign was truly eager to participate in a debate to provide voters with an opportunity to hear the candidates discuss the issues, they would have agreed to an amenable resolution — one that Centennial Institute was eager to find. Instead, the Marx campaign quickly scheduled another event for the same time and date, which they announced on Saturday, May 16. It is clear the Marx campaign was not looking for a solution; they were looking for an excuse to avoid a public debate against fellow candidates that would give voters the opportunity to compare and evaluate. On Tuesday, May 26 in the McDonald Performance Hall at Colorado Christian University, there will be a podium provided for Mr. Marx to participate. Whether it is occupied or vacant will be his choice. The forum will be fair and unbiased. Mr. Marx has no excuses that prevent him from participating.

Apparently, everybody in the USA wants it except John Thune.
