So last night, my distiller SIL had me taste test a few aperitifs/digestifs because he actually created one in MY honor!! He wanted me to taste others to give me an idea of what they are like. The name of mine is MÖDR ! It smells heavenly... Not a sweet liqueur because I'm not a fan of sweet drinks. Anyway, you can use it in a variety of cocktails which I also taste tested. They were delicious! I'm honored! Thank you, Brent!❤️ @wasatchdotco

@MustangGirl3 @DataRepublican I am going to use this as an excuse going forward. I'd say my penmanship is decent...but @DataRepublican wouldn't let me write any of our thank you notes to our wedding guests.

I’ve found as an editor that people with talent/higher IQs are the most likely to typo/misspell words because they simply have more important things to focus on. 👊😉 Also, how’s your penmanship? We also use a writing implement for “chicken scratch” bordering on hieroglyphics, which I find rather humbling when typos attack. lol Cocktail recipe sounds like a banger! Thx for sharing. 🥳

This Thirsty Thursday I was instructed by @DataRepublican to create this cocktail dubbed The Meltdown. This is the updated version correcting my typo of Lime... The drink was still well received dispite the spelling error.

@Lauramommabritt @DataRepublican Our barrels use no glue, though the heads are sealed with bee's wax or, less commonly, paraffin wax.

@wasatchdotco @DataRepublican I have Celiac disease so I am always careful. Some barrels use glue that is made of wheat base , so I always ask before I buy…I love your wife and family so I will put in an order and have it shipped to my summer home in Maryland.

@wasatchdotco @DataRepublican I hate sports. Hardly excercise. Still, I stopped liking fruity booze, I dunno, sometime around when I could drink legally. These drinks are for girls. Males drink alcohol flavored alcohol.

All distilled spirits are gluten free, even those produced using grains and other gluten containing products. The distillation process separates alcohol from the fermented mash. Gluten is a protein that does not vaporize or carry over into the final distillate—only the alcohol and other volatile compounds do. Scientific consensus, along with major celiac organizations, confirms that proper distillation removes gluten proteins.
