@MysticTreg @data_republican My suggestion is to enjoy the contents and, if you want to keep it for display, you can always fill it with inexpensive whiskey or apple cider vinegar.

@KAOS_in_CONTROL @data_republican The Utah portion is our distillate; and it's all about 6-mo older than what was stated on the label due to bottle shortage when we originally planned to bottle it.

Here ya go on the distilled Data This blend of straight bourbons includes 60% 10.7-yr old Bourbon from Kentucky with a mashbill of 60% corn / 36% rye / 4% barley, 30% 3.9-yr old Bourbon from Indiana with a mashbill of 60% corn / 36% rye / 4% barley, and 10% 2-yr old Bourbon from Utah with a mashbill of 68% corn / 18% rye / 8% red wheat / 6% barley.

@TeenaBrode @data_republican To be fair, since it's Bourbon Whiskey, I think this would be more appropriately called an American Coffee, but I much prefer it to Irish Whisky.
