finished implementing the multisig part of my wallet library & wrote a blog article about it:

CONTEXT & TLDR:
the design goals of serai created a forcing function:
validators don't have to be present during the setup of a new multisig wallet.
this enables a new user experience for the escrow flow:
customers can select from a list of arbitrators,
that don't have to be online and immediately pay into the newly created escrow wallet
later, the merchant can unlock the escrow funds with help of the arbitrator without the customer being present
for this to be practically useful, the development of a new library was necessary that allows multi wallet scanning on end user devices
now that this development is done + a crate that integrates the serai based multisig tech into the library, we can now build out this new experience

seems like we need better messaging and find a better word for "escrow" because lawyers have scared businesses about this term.
to some degree i get it: without cryptography an escrow business has to be highly regulated, because the arbitrator has control of the asset and could just run away
the issue is: how do we convey to people, that we can solve this issue in a more elegant way, that makes the laws and the initial game theory (arbitrator can just take the chips and run) not apply

The @KelpDAO funds have started being laundered through @THORChain and it's putting the whole industry at risk with the illicit funds. Their current pattern of transactions look like they are preparing to send it through Wagyu, since it is indeed the best place to acquire XMR fast and as anon as possible. In light of that I'm making the difficult decision to temporarily pause all XMR swaps/bridges from Wagyu to pre-emptively prevent DPRK from utilizing it. Having these funds land in the Wagyu protocol (and therefore in the @HyperliquidX system) is something that harms us all. I will re-evaluate later on when to enable XMR swaps/bridges again, thank you all for your patience. Also anyone who already held $XMR1 prior to this pause is still able to withdraw ofc, FUNDS ARE ALWAYS SAFU. If DPRK's funds started being laundered through Hyperliquid it would cause mass chaos for the whole industry, it's for the best that this happens temporarily.

They won’t let us advertise the MoneroTopia.com Conference and now they suspended the @xmrbazaar account.
When you look at the grassroots influence the Monero Talk YouTube channel and my accounts have had over the years , versus much more “popular” social media accounts, it is obvious we have been shadow banned for years.
I can show you dozens of accounts with 10 or even 100 times the followers we have , where if they held a real world event they wouldn’t be able to get more than 10 people to show up.
They don’t fear me. They don’t fear crypto. They really don’t even fear Monero (as an investment). They fear people actually opting-out of the fiat surveillance system and living off of untraceable digital cash p2p.
And this is exactly what I, MoneroTopia, and XmrBazaar represent!
