Clayton then launches lawsuit against Ripple right before he leaves SEC and heads to Apollo Global Management, whose top executives are embroiled in the Epstein scandal. To defend themselves, Ripple hires former SEC Chairman, and a friend of Gary Gensler, Mary Jo White…who is also the Defense Attorney for the main Epstein Financier, Les Wexner. The Ripple case then features Judge Torres, who also dismissed charges against Epstein security guards for falsifying records. During this stretch of time, Brad Garlinghouse, who coincidentally “learned crypto from Peter Thiel”, repeatedly mixes up whether Ripple spent $100 million or $200 million on the case, with Mary Jo White as a primary benefactor of attorney fees. …shall 👁️ continue?
