@GoibiboSupport The flight was cancelled by the airline itself, and @flyspicejet has already officially confirmed that the FULL refund amount of ₹10,980 was processed to the travel partner/intermediary. Then on what basis is @GoibiboSupport processing only ₹8,789?

If I do not receive a proper update/refund within the next 24 hours, I will proceed with formal complaint escalation through @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @jagograhakjago

@GoibiboSupport Thank you for the response. It has already been more than 20 days, and SpiceJet has confirmed that the full refund of ₹10,980 was processed on 06 May 2026 to the intermediary/travel partner. Kindly expedite the refund to my credit card and share the ARN/refund.
