REPORT: Despite the hype, the Titans organization is NOT all-in on Cam Ward. He is NOT perceived as a game-changer within the organization. @jemelehill I would say that 70% or thereabouts is accurate when you consider sports journalism in its totality. Key word being totality, encompassing all media and encompassing all sports.

Between 70-80 percent of sports journalism jobs are held by white men — and it’s been that way for years. A clear indication that they are definitely clamoring to hire Black women. We’re at the top of the chain baby!
