I like this. I remember talking to Michael @montebernardi in 2015 and he was advocating for this rather than Gran Selezione. I’m just fuzzy why they aren’t allowing at all levels instead of just GS. The stated reason doesn’t make much sense to me. vinepair.com/articles/chian…
