Jason & Travis Kelce talking about the ridiculousness of baseball conditioning… “It makes no sense.” “You should be running SPRINTS or doing base running. Not running foul pole to foul pole.” STOP treating baseball players like marathoners

Hey guys, so a toe tap 9999/10000 times is facing forward going out of bounds, making a difficult catch and forcing JUST the tip of the toe of the foot down. In this instance, the guy was falling out of bounds backwards. There was no intent for a toe tap because it wasn’t possible. He was falling out of bounds. That’s what makes it a toe vs foot. In all toe tap situations, the heel does NOT come down on the same foot. The toe stays as the defining catch decision because the receiver stays on their toe. The heel doesn’t come down until they fall face first and stand up, or until the following foot goes out of bounds and a normal bracing motion occurs. Very simple stuff, really. Idk why I have to explain it like you’re a virgin to football.
