@MoorePutarg @michelrouxjr Thanks, I cook lamb and ox heart regularly, in fact most offal. Just never seen this take on it
English

@kirricgeto @iamyesyouareno Culture dies when it doesn’t evolve , but when it does . Confucius , Mozart , Shakespeare, Plato, Jesus, Newton, Michelangelo, were all new cultural phenomena when they lived.
English

@iamyesyouareno "Oh no, our population is decreasing, let's erase our culture and history. Because that's preferable?"
English

@michelrouxjr @mrsmargaretbell @olliepettinger I do like the number of portions you can get out of one if you’re careful ..
English

@mrsmargaretbell @olliepettinger The ventricles are on the other side, also this is the best part 🙏🏻
English

@grumpycorkchef @michelrouxjr I know people are hoping for Michel to answer but as I’ve cooked both I’d say not really. Lambs much smaller so trim to thin pieces and flash grill/fry. Or stuff and braise( Fergus Henderson nose to tail has great method /recipes )
English

@michelrouxjr Could that be scaled down to Lamb's heart as well Michel ?
English

@MoorePutarg @michelrouxjr Thank you! Really appreciate it. I’m going to order for the weekend :)
English

@gbPizzaCo @michelrouxjr trim well to pf any inedible membrane etc. cut into pieces size of a fillet steak. Sear well ( or char grill) then roast gently to medium rare . I know u asked MR but I have done a few in my time !
English

@michelrouxjr Chef, how did you cook the heart? Have always wanted to try making this at home.
English

@anon_opin i am terrible . I have twice forgotten two separate peoples name and then to be reminded that it’s the same name as me . Perhaps you’re right I should just try harder .
English

@cscth @MattChristmas1 Nominative determinism at its most delicious .
English

@Sargon_of_Akkad You have to ask yourself why doesn’t this happen to middle class people ?
Education , better living conditions , better healthcare options , better employment options . Notice a pattern ?
English

Because they'll spend it on drugs, booze and cigs, David. They will still eat junk food and still be fat.
David__Osland@David__Osland
Instead of paying hundreds of pounds a month for weight loss drugs, why not pay the unemployed enough to buy healthy food?
English

@FPL_Dabby @fesshole 3 bottles of decent wine , a couple of steaks , some olive oil , 2 packets of san Daniele …thats very nearly there.
English

@fesshole No idea if this is possible. Doesn't make sense at tesco, as basically the only place I shop other than the local co-op (who's membership thing is pointless)
However, putting near 100 quid worth of shopping through self-service is the real thing to be ashamed of
English

@RichardDawkins How is that possible ? It would mean that only one person had an average intelligence , with everyone either above or below . What ever type of average u use many people will share the same average score ?
English

@largacty1 Yeah I still have nightmares about pig face and log for boys
English

@anon_opin Yeah but then they’d stop and a rich vein of cruel comedy would dry up …
English

@Hephalump5 @waitmanb Teachers are vetted , interviewed , trained , audited , appraised , have minimum educational requirements. Overall, I’d like teachers to teach , and parents to parent.
English

"Parental rights come from a higher power."
CSharpDad@CSharpDad
@waitmanb Parents are the only ones "qualified" to teach their kids. Who the hell do you think you are saying who is or who isn't qualified? Credentials are just pieces of paper, parental rights on the other hand come from a higher power.
English

@Hephalump5 @waitmanb So someone who’s made it their life to educate children is not qualified whereas someone bred is suddenly a skilled teacher? Plenty of parents don’t care or are not competent. You exaggerate the abilities of parents and denigrate those of educators.
English

@CSharpDad @waitmanb No . Concerned that people have a belief that parents are always right. There are obviously parents who can homeschool but it’s not some kind of magical ability conferred by parenthood. And yes .
English

@MoorePutarg @waitmanb You are worried that my wife & I educated our three children who later went on to receive college degrees and become highly successful? What do you know about the quality of non-government sponsored curriculum or the rights of parents to choose curriculum? Do you even have kids?
