Bit of an eventful swim this morning. Swimming away with himself when we became aware of an elderly lady calling for help.....she was stuck in a rip which was taking her out.Himself without a second thought swam into it, got hold of the lady & brought her to safety.Super proud❤️

The ball clearly hits the camera cable directly in the build up to Englands goal… not Englands fault but that goal should never count. Huge miss by VAR
