Most people publishing AI content will never figure out why it dies. 📉 Two SaaS blogs can run the same tool, hit the same keywords, publish the same number of posts. One compounds for years. The other flatlines in 90 days. Same tool. Same effort. Opposite result. It isn't talent. It isn't the keywords. It isn't even writing quality. It's architecture. Here's how the few people winning with AI content get ranked AND quoted by AI, while everyone else feeds a graveyard. 🧵 The part nobody shows you: SE Ranking published 2,000 AI articles across 20 fresh domains and watched for 16 months. Month one, ~80% of the sites ranked for 100+ keywords. By month three, only 3% of pages were still in the top 100. The spike isn't success. The spike is bait. 🪤 And while everyone fights over that dying spike, the ground moved under them: 📉 AI Overviews cut organic clicks ~61% on the queries where they show 📈 But brands cited inside the AI answer earn ~35% more clicks on those same queries 💸 And AI-referred visitors convert around 14.2% vs 2.8% from normal Google organic. Roughly 5x. Fewer clicks. Each one worth 5x. The game quietly changed from "rank the blue link" to "be the source the AI quotes." What the winning system looks like: 1️⃣ Write a 5-line brief first. Angle, proof, the one thing only you know, the reader's objection, the job of the page. This kills generic AI output before it happens. 2️⃣ Let AI draft the middle. It's fast and good at structure. 3️⃣ Run a 12-minute de-slop pass. One real number. One lived detail. An answer-first opening. 4️⃣ Build every section to be quoted. Question heading, a 40-60 word answer up top, one attributed stat. 5️⃣ Point it at the pages that convert, not vanity traffic. 6️⃣ Track citations, not just rankings. That's the whole machine. One page, about 47 minutes. Where it pays the most: 💰 → Comparison pages ("X vs Y"). Highest buyer intent on the internet. → "Best [competitor] alternatives." The warmest traffic there is. → "Best X for [your niche]." Narrow. Winnable. → Pricing pages. Quietly the most-cited by AI engines. Bottom-of-funnel pages like these convert 3-8% of organic to trial. The "what is" posts everyone writes? 0.5-2%. Same traffic. 4-8x the customers. The window is open right now because most teams are still mass-producing sameness and watching it sink. Build the system today and you own your category's answers in 18 months. In Google, and inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. I put the whole thing into a field guide for SaaS founders and marketers. It launches today. 🚀 Free Chapter 1 + the full system: link in the first reply and in my bio. 👇

0 to $1K MRR in 7 days for a new app built it for fun to test Claude Fable should be able to scale to $1K MRR per day in 2-3 weeks (focusing on other apps rn) most of the actual work Fable did went into building a sophisticated system to pump out ads & content

Calling all solopreneurs and business owners! 🚀 What's your go-to business idea that can turn a profit in just two months with a low starting budget? I had a lot of back and forth with Claude, so I figured I'd ask the experts instead.

we helped a consumer language app add $400K in revenue in 3 months, with no ads all through GEO, the cheapest growth channel B2C apps have right now everyone's still pouring money into paid: • Meta and TikTok ads • influencer campaigns • rising CAC on every channel those work until the costs climb, and they always climb we went the other way and put the app where people were already searching for a solution that took them from 0 to 2,100 organic clicks a day, and $400K in new revenue, with no ad spend behind it I broke down the exact system: • how we found the high-intent searches before competitors did • the programmatic engine that captured demand at scale • the content that turned searchers into paying users • how we built authority across Google and AI search most B2C founders still haven't adapted to how people discover apps now that gap is the whole opportunity, and it won't stay open long want the document? just follow me + comment "GEO" and I'll send it over

@Habichtsberg That's actually a pretty interesting move, and it makes your account more authentic becuase it only has real followers. I loved your approach to it.

Absolutely and I can definitely tell that here on X you can feel pretty quickly what effect consistency has and what happens if you drop out of the consistency. Which is actually kind of cool to see. And on the 29th I cleaned up my profile from bot followers, fake followers, and longtime inactive followers, because I'd rather have a real number representing real connections and active connections than some fake number.

This is day 3 of the "new beginning" nothing much happened, probably because I didn't spend much time on X replying to people today. But we gained 4 new followers, which is still good compared to the 0 I've been getting in week 1. Something new is that after reading so many "build in public" posts, I decided that I will start building a startup. I haven't decided on the idea yet, but I will update you guys if anything new happens. I will keep moving, these slow days won't stop me🔥

@TTrimoreau Lmao why would anyone pay $50/month? More expensive than x subscription, than claude and chatgpt and many more. Twice as much as netflix. Good luck finding someone who will pay that much

6 months ago, I had 183 followers. Today, I'm at 3,000.🤯 Along the way: → 8M+ impressions → Building with ClimbX → New opportunities → Great people Most posts didn't perform. The few that did made all the difference. Consistency always wins. Next stop: 10K. Founders, let's connect.

@hlbowks 5% is low for a topic this big. My guess is live/real-time events are the one category where Google still defers to fresh sources over synthesis.

The World Cup offers a rare "blind spot" in AI Overviews, with only 5% of soccer searches triggering summaries, presenting an opportunity to publishers and brands. tinybfs.com/t/sugD8h

@EldarCohenSEO The 13.7% is the scarier number, not the 86%. Means optimizing for one AI surface barely transfers to the other, you're building two separate citation moats, not one.

New data across 540k query pairs: google's AI Overviews and AI Mode reach the same answer 86% of the time ... but cite the SAME urls only 13.7% of the time. two AI boxes, two totally different source lists 😅

@vibhestudio This is the part most SaaS blogs get backwards. If a brand wants its site to get cited constantly. They should not focus on word count, but on entity signals: consistent naming, real author bios, structured data.

Weak brands lose visibility as AI search grows. Branded queries get around 18% higher clickthrough in AI Overviews, and thin brands can lose most of their referrals. The fix is not tricks. It is being the name buyers already search for, backed by pages that earn the citation.

Day 2 of building in public. Goal: $10,000 MRR Current: $0 MRR Today, some video editing to show what Amabrik is about. Why I'm doing this in public: Sharing daily forces me to actually ship, with no hiding or vanity metrics, and no "let's do this tomorrow". If I say something here, I have to do it, and that's the whole point. So let's do it 💪

@CyrusShepard So GSC is tracking X as a "platform property" now, not just your domain? That's a quiet admission your profile is part of your search footprint. Rolling out to everyone or still gated?
