Every team signs free agents dumb fuck I know that but that’s not what I said go do your research on the teams that spent the most money in free agents in the last 5 years they don’t end up being very good teams. Both of our Super Bowl winning teams in Seattle were mainly players acquired in the draft or trades and it’s the same for almost every other Super Bowl winning team literally all you have to do is go do some research. Me personally, I didn’t watch any basketball way before and after the sonics left but one day I turned on a random playoff game in like 2015 and it was Mavs vs Thunder back when Dirk was still around and Thunder still had KD, Russ, Ibaka, Steven Adams, Dion Waiters and I fell it love with Westbrook and have been watching the Thunder ever since. If the Sonics do actually come back I’ll have to happily switch to the Sonics and never watch another Thunder game in my life.

Sam Darnold is literally a fever dream nobody and I mean nobody thought he would win a Super Bowl in his 2nd year as a full time starter on a winning roster. And if we’re being real he didn’t play GREAT during the regular season, without the team we had that we built through the draft and FA he wouldn’t of even made the playoffs but we already had a great roster when he came we were just missing a QB with an actual head on his shoulders.

@tbailey1976 @CorbinSmithNFL Seattle has historically had a tougher time attracting FAs already, that was one advantage in our favor, now that’s gone. Of course CA or NY don’t have problems, players like that city life.
