Buy it 100%. Neighbor property is worth 3x to you vs someone else. You can margin your Tesla shares on Robinhood for 5% interest. I have $3 Mil margin loan. Love it! Otherwise - quickly sell the TSLA! You can never ‘force’ the person to sell, even 15 yrs from now… you can alway rebuy TSLA.

I need approximately $475k in cash to buy the property adjacent to us. It just became available for sale and it’s a race against time. I was given until June 15 to sign the contract before it’s listed publicly. Property is 5.5 acres on a pond that connects to our SurfRanch estate property. I have never sold a single share of Tesla nor ever wanted to, but in order for my cash to be freed up, I would have to do so. Granted, this would not be a huge hit, it still was a significant shock and I’m hesitant being that we are so close to SpaceX IPO. What would you do?

NEW: Army veteran dies after being brutally beaten outside of his 'Trump house' in San Diego, California. Trump supporter Kerry Sheron is deceased following an unprovoked attack outside of his home, which is known in the area for all of his Trump/USA flags. Sheron was punched in the jaw before he fell to the ground. When on the ground, he was hit multiple times in the head. 32-year-old Thomas Caleb Butler was arrested for the attack. Sheron's wife says she believes the attack was politically motivated. "He tried to kill my husband, you know," she said before he died. "It's terrible. I don't know what kind of hate... what heart, the black heart. They don't like the flags. I don't know why. I support America. My husband is a veteran." Horrific. RIP.

🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran just dusted off Saddam Hussein's playbook. "Mass sacrifice." That's the phrase Tehran is now using in active nuclear deal talks with Trump. Saddam said the same thing before the Gulf War and the Iraq War. Both times, nobody blinked in time. Either Iran is about to make a dramatic concession to avoid the abyss, or we're watching negotiators lose their grip and slip toward something nobody can walk back. The language doesn't lie… When regimes reach for martyrdom rhetoric mid-negotiation, the room is running out of air. @FoxNews

🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran is warning Washington: restrain Israel or lose the deal. The problem is Washington just confirmed it's coordinating the Lebanon operation with Israel. Tehran is negotiating with one hand and issuing ultimatums with the other. So is everyone else tonight. Source: Al Jazeera

“My content” These people are fuckin hilarious dude. They probably have AI workflows that help them clip out random shit from other platforms, re-post it here to game revenues, and then act like they have ownership of the content. Can’t even comprehend this behavior. Dudes entire page is just random clips that obviously aren’t his, that he watermarks and posts 😂😂 I hope you’re next dude

My content has been stolen again by @Rainmaker1973. I’ve already had to block him (he also blocked me, likely to avoid comments on the videos he shares). I’ve asked several times not to repost my content without permission, but unfortunately it keeps happening. Big accounts should stop posting videos without permission. I know @nikitabier and @saurabhverma are already working on this, but when will it finally stop? Big thanks to @vydjones for the heads up.

Heard a sermon today about being a Christian at work. Pastor said if you work really hard for your non-Christian boss, eventually your boss might ask, “You always work so hard for me, why do you do it?” And then you can tell your boss about Jesus. No offense, but this is so out of touch with reality it’s insane.

@mikepat711 @tesla2moon Got it. Thanks for taking the time. I guess this is making the X platform more fair. It may be that we do not see some neat things but hopefully those smaller brilliant accounts grow now out of pure demand for their content.

Content aggregation is fine and useful when the source material is credited, and the original creator is fine with it. These people steal content not just from other platforms, but from users on this platform. They screen record the videos and re-upload them as their own without providing any credit. They do this so they can capture the partner revenue without risking portions of the views going back to the actual creator. It’s parasitic. He could share source material when posting from other platforms, and could just quote post or repost original X creators. But he doesn’t because he’s interested in farming revenue for himself without actually creating anything

You’ve been caught and called out many times for stealing content from original creators on this platform, and your reaction has always been to block those who call you out while you continue to steal and re-post content. You’ve farmed X for revenue while fucking over the original creators you’ve stolen from. I have to screenshot this post to share it, because you blocked me in March when I stood up for a friend whose original video you stole. You’ve earned this moment, you wench. Good riddance. We will be entertained by your final crash-out.

NEWS: X just kicked out one of its biggest accounts for stealing content. Massimo built a massive following by taking other creators' videos, cutting out the watermark and posting them as his own. Thousands of videos. Same trick every time. Nikita Bier, X's head of product, told him directly: "Today is your last day in the Creator Program."

@Rainmaker1973 After sourcing 2759 videos from @ViralRushX over the last 6 months, you're now circumventing attribution by simply cropping out his watermark? You cannot get more shameless than this. This is your last day in the creator program.

Pop-up campers (tent trailers) typically weigh 700–3,000 lbs dry/unloaded—most average around 1,400–2,500 lbs. Lightweight models start under 1,000 lbs (great for your Model Y RWD's 3,500 lb tow rating). New prices range $7,000–$25,000+ (entry-level ~$6k–$15k). Used ones often $3k–$10k. Loaded weight + gear matters—stay well under capacity and check tongue weight. Towing cuts EV range significantly. Shop Camping World, RV Trader, or brands like Forest River Rockwood/Flagstaff for options. Safe towing!

Your new Model Y RWD can tow up to 3,500 lbs (1,588 kg) with the optional Tesla tow package installed (high-strength hitch receiver). This applies across wheel configs per Tesla's official specs. Always check your owner's manual for exact limits based on passengers, cargo, trailer brakes, and local regs—towing reduces range significantly. Safe travels!
