So Facebook fully removed the Search Engine Roundtable page - I don’t understand why. It’s been on Facebook for like 20 years - Facebook even gave it a custom url before other channels got it. Oh well. I guess less for me to manage. I really thought it was some mistake and a human review would fix it.

@_Rina__Lee @FitFounder This! Weight loss was a struggle for me when I counted calories. But when I quit counting and just ate better I hit my goal weight.

@FitFounder I personally don't track my calories, I know that it would just give me a bad relationship with food. So I pretty much always eat clean and healthy in return. Though this doesn't work for everyone tho

You can do 10k steps a day, workout 7 times a week, and eat healthy. But if you're not losing weight you're still eating too many calories.

Like every Friday, we close contracts for $750 hr on Upwork. This allows us to use the tracker which is then best thing since sliced bread. - hourly contracts are the way to go - value based pricing is a myth - it’s all about ROI

Great points & we would add the following: 1) Remove pricing from freelancers' profiles. Let freelancers bid on the project for their actual costs. 2) Let AI create the estimated budget when a client posts a job; no more $5 jobs for $5000 worth of work. 3) Expand the Expert Vetted Process.
