Cieszę się, że ktoś to głośno powiedział. Ostatnie wydarzenia dowodzą, że obywatele przeszkoleni (na najlepiej w jakimś stopniu uzbrojeni np. przez odpowiedni system rezerw) w tym zakresie to bardzo ważny element odstraszania i potencjalnej obrony.
