@CUPRA I've managed to speak to them over the phone and get feedback on my email. But they seem to not care at all about the issues with my purchase of the VZ5. They say it's with the dealership. I though Cupra cared about their brand. Especially about their flagship VZ5 customers.

@CUPRA FYI I bought a VZ5 but my local dealership is Seat, not Cupra. I was given wrong information on purpose to secure the sale. I am not particularly happy about it.
