Speed Limit Awareness India 🇮🇳 🚨⚠️ Every road in India, got its own set of speed limits…before “pushing the accelerator pedal” understand basics… I. Route Type ⚠️ 1. Residential Area 2. City Road & Flyovers 3. Undivided State Highways through villages incl. Ghat Sections & Hilly Areas 4. 4 lane Highways 5. 6 Lane Highways II. Vehicle Type (Ground Clearance & Body Roll over Speed) ⚠️ 1. Higher CG’s e.g SUV’s, Mahindra Thar, Pickup Trucks & others 2. Medium CG’s e.g Tata Nexon 3. Lower CG’s e.g Sedans, Hatchbacks (Note: Lower ground clearance/lower CG’s to hold well even on curves) III. Overdoing Speed Limits & Reaction time 🚨 1. Reduces time to react again based on medical conditions. Differs from person to person 2. Increases Stopping Distance over braking IV. Speed Limits again depends on Surface Type 🚨 1. Dry Surface (Tyres to hold well over braking within Speed Limits) 2. Wet Surface (Hydroplaning + tyres won’t grip well, different tyre tractions over speed) 3. Loose Gravel/Sand/Mud (Tyres won’t grip well) - (Note: Remember to check on each surface while riding/driving just like how cricketers continuously checks pitch) V. Visibility (again based on eye sight)🚨 1. Clear Sky 2. Rain 3. Fog 4. Snow 5. Night (Avoid overdriving headlights at night) VI. Contact Surface ⚠️ 1. Every Automobile depends on Tyres, Tyres Contact Surface be it 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers, 4 wheelers, 6 wheelers or more… 2. Contact Surface varies with Tyre Pressure, Alignments, Load etc. VII. Tyre Rubber Compounds ⚠️ 1. Dry Grip 2. Wet Grip (Preferred) VIII. Tyre Types ⚠️ 1. H/T 2. A/T (More preferred for India incl. Offroad, Snow etc.) 3. Speed thrills… until it sends you the bill. Overspeeding might look cool in reels, but on real roads, it’s risky business. Slow down. Stay safe. Because reaching late is better than not reaching at all. #DriveSafe #BengaluruTrafficPolice @Jointcptraffic

Wayanad 🚨⚠️ Always use low beam/parking lights around any such crossings inside forest zones. Those high intensity LED high beams from “car ahead & behind (Check Left RV Mirror Reflection)” can trigger animals. @DriveSmart_IN

@motordave2 @DriveSmart_IN @RSGuy_India Most of the people don't understand the surface condition. Less friction while raining and wet. Strictly We need the road education.the public transport drivers are also don't know basic things.

@Belurr True 😊 Also while driving on bad road, terminal clamp may become loose… Once a week one should open the bonnet + check on tyres and PSI + under chassis etc.

Hello X Friends Quick genuine question for the car folks here 🚗🔋 If your car battery is draining faster than usual, how do you know when it's actually time to replace it vs just a one-off issue? Also, is there a fixed "replace every 3 years" rule, or does it really depend on usage, climate & battery brand? Would love your real experience. #CarCare #AutoTips #CarBattery

@motordave2 @DriveSmart_IN @dabir @InfraEye If the car ad avoided the stupid bike it would have killed four people along with a child on the side.the car was overspeeding no doubt even if it were slow it would have hit the bike for coming in like that without looking for traffic.

@motordave2 The trailer jackknifed...indicating that the hinge couldn't handle the trailer load. The steering is a result of the jackknife. Nothing the driver can do once that happens

Rajasthan, Jhalawar 🚨⚠️ Disturbing Visuals🚨 Overloaded Tractor’s Trailer with Concrete Electric Poles on “slope” maybe + “tractor heading towards right side”, maybe driver distracted + maybe only left hand on steering wheel. Tractor driver applied brakes, tyre mark on concrete…trailer load pushed tractor towards the shop… 2 kids injured. Driver fled the scene. @DriveSmart_IN @RSGuy_India

@Belurr Take one coin and open the top plastic caps… distill water needs to be above those lead plates…usually cell next to terminals will consume more…
