यह व्यक्ति सूरत रेलवे स्टेशन पर स्टेशन मास्टर है। स्टेशन पर जब एक महिला पहुंची तो वह तुरंत टिकट लेने के लिए लाइन में लग गई, लेकिन स्टेशन मास्टर और स्टाफ ने मनमाने नियम दिखाकर उसे टिकट देने से मना कर दिया जब महिला शिकायत कॉपी मांगने पहुंची तो स्टेशन मास्टर भड़क गए और पुलिस बुलाकर जेल में डलवाने की धमकी देने लगे, महिला ने जब वीडियो बनाना शुरू किया तो उसका मोबाइल फोन छीन लिया गया, हाथ तक मरोड़ दिया गया और उसके साथ बदतमीजी की गई, इसके बाद महिला ने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई, लेकिन रेलवे प्रशासन और पुलिस दोनों मिलकर अपने उसे बचाने की कोशिश करने लगे, एक जिम्मेदार अधिकारी द्वारा एक महिला के साथ इस तरह का व्यवहार आखिर कहां तक उचित है?

बिहार की इस लड़की ने बिहार में करीब 30 लाख रुपए की Black स्कॉर्पियो खरीदी थी। जिसमें लड़की ने (HDFC ERGO) कंपनी से इंश्योरेंस लिया था, लेकिन कानपुर में एक्सीडेंट होने के बाद जब इस लड़की ने क्लेम मांगा, तो कंपनी वालों ने पूरा पैसा देने की बजाय गाड़ी ले जाकर एकदम कबाड़खाने में डाल दिया, लड़की का आरोप है कि 2–3 महीने तक उसे परेशान किया गया, ऊपर से जब लड़की ने आवाज उठाई तो कंपनी वालों ने कहा, 1 साल तक गाड़ी खड़ी रहेगी, मुझे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा, क्या यही तरीका है कस्टमर के साथ व्यवहार करने का? इस तरह की गुंडागर्दी और बदतमीजी पर क्या Mahindra और HDFC ERGO कंपनी वालों को संज्ञान नहीं लेना चाहिए? कहीं ना कहीं कस्टमर के साथ धोखाधड़ी जैसा व्यवहार हो रहा है।

There was not even enough space to walk to the washroom. People were sleeping on the floor, near the doors, and everywhere possible. The TC came and saw everything, but did not say a single word. It looks like this has become normal for Indian Railways. I have sympathy for these passengers, but if Railways already know that general coach passengers are more, then why not add more general coaches? Why are sleeper coaches being turned into general coaches every day? For years, passengers have been raising the same issue, posting photos and videos, tagging officials, and still nothing changes. Indian Railways talks about modernization and new trains, but what about basic crowd management and passenger safety in normal trains? And please, do not ask me for the PNR. Asking for the PNR will not solve this issue. This is not one passenger’s problem. This is the daily reality of thousands of people.

When will Indian parents understand that children also deserve privacy? My mother often comes into my room without knocking. Whenever I get a phone call, she keeps asking who it is. Sometimes, if I am not there, she even receives my calls. I don’t like this habit of hers, but she is my mother, so I can’t say much. Parents should understand that loving and caring for children is one thing, but respecting their privacy and personal space is also important.🙏
