Medicine being called a “noble profession” has been used for years to guilt doctors into accepting burnout, underpayment, and terrible working conditions.

Some private medical colleges are allegedly withholding DMCs and house job clearances while pressuring Batch 25 graduates for extra 5–6 lakh fees after graduation.
This exploitation and mental harassment of medical students must stop.

𝟰𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗟𝗘𝗙𝗧 🇵🇰 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱:
📊 Gallup Pakistan confirms what young doctors have been warning about for years.
🚨🚨 According to a Gallup Pakistan press release (Feb 3, 2026), nearly 3,800–4,000 doctors left Pakistan in 2025, the highest number ever recorded 🚨🚨
For decades, doctor emigration remained in the hundreds per year. Since 2010, it has surged past 1,000 annually, and now approaches 4,000 per year, a clear structural crisis, not a temporary spike.
𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴?
Gallup notes this exodus reflects dissatisfaction with working conditions, lack of career growth, safety concerns, and quality-of-life issues, while global demand actively pulls Pakistan’s trained doctors abroad.

🔹 10–15 million PKR fees for private medical colleges
🔹 Unpaid house jobs and limited postgraduate training seats
🔹 Severe security concerns at workplaces
🔹 Scarcity of stable jobs after graduation
🔹 No defined career progression pathway
🔹 Extremely difficult private practice setup
Pakistan is heavily subsidizing medical education, only to export its doctors, losing clinical capacity, teaching potential, and health-system resilience.
This is no longer an individual choice issue. It’s a policy failure and unless addressed urgently, the cost will be paid by patients, not politicians.

One thing is certain Radain has clearly never seen a real med student in his life. Forget dreaming about a boy in the exam hall,a med student wouldn’t even notice if an earthquake hit during their paper💀💀I feel lil offended btw😭😭

Make du'a. make dua for the impossible and watch how Allah swt makes it possible for you, because nothing is impossible for Him. when you pray, pray with your whole heart and convince yourself that Allah will give you everything you want with no room for doubt. make dua even if you think everything has been decided and nothing can be done.
