@MousCase @kudela_maxim Nice to see you reaching out on SM I had the same issue as above. I never received any replies when I emailed and went through your online warranty form. Anyway, I bought another @MousCase because I like your products. Just not happy with the customer service 👎🏾

Bought a @MousCase Limitless 4.0 Aramid Fibre case for my iPhone 13 Mini. After 2.5 years the case completely delaminated — frame separated from the back panel, confirmed manufacturing defect. Mous has a 25-year warranty but can't replace it because it's discontinued. Their best offer? €20 store credit on a €49 case. That's not standing behind your product. That's hoping the customer gives up. 🫠

@MousCase Because I have claimed and it’s over 1 year old. My case is no longer supported for warranty. Even though this case is not 1 year old.

@MousCase this is the third case in a matter of 1 year. The button appears to be a defect in the design. A real shame considering how much the cases cost 😕

I bought this @MousCase for my S24+ alongside their screen protectors in January 2024 when I bought my phone and I have to say it saved my phone from fall damage a few times, most recently tonight when it slipped off my hand on concrete

Upon inspection screen protector has minor scratches however the back of the phone is completely fine. Whenever I drop my phone I get sacred but looks like Mous case is doing its protective job, such a reliable phone case, totally worth it

Imagine spending £70+ on a @MousCase for your new s25 ultra, only for it to come with chips and scratches straight out the box. Extremely disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. Screen protectors leave a lot to be desired too. Waste of money all round
