@MousCase after all those marketing and self having issues with a phone case i thought to try it myself. After a week no package recieven. No communication from mous and it seems like when i finally found it, it has been returned to mous since they have improper documents

@MousCase something up when adding the charging stand to basket. Page shows £80.99 but when added to basket it's £89.99. 🤷‍♀️

@MousCase Pretty sure literally NO one is throwing their phone off a cliff. Also, no matter how good a case is, if it falls like that the phone is done. There's no way components don't get dislodged and glass doesn't crack.

.@MousCase I personally think your phone cases are the 1 of the most reliable protective cases, but I would suggest that y'all add more brighter colors next year for the Galaxy. For example do a color similar to LA Lakers 'Gold'

@MousCase Hi,  I recently purchased the case for the iPhone 17 air. Today my phone fell from my pocket for the first time and the screen has shattered. I am not tall and the phone didn’t fall far, the case was really not protective at all. Please help.  Scott

@MousCase Hi there I baught a case for my iPhone 17 pro max back on the release date back in September 2025 And took the phone out of it case of the first time to clean and chance the screen protector and around the the camera square it chipped and took off the paint off the phone

After my order from @MousCase had already left their warehouse and couldn’t make it to Dubai the customer service team pulled my order back from the courier and delivered it to an alternative address in less than 24 hours. Absolutely brilliant customer service from Mous.

@MousCase is the case supposed to chip and have the top layer of plastic do this tried wiping and cleaning thinking it was dirt and residue but marks remain

@MousCase I just purchased the limitless case for iPhone 17 PM. I really like it aside from the middle of the back of the phone being very slippery. It's disappointing because it makes it harder to use one handed as the tips of the fingers cannot grip
