@MousCase Hi,  I recently purchased the case for the iPhone 17 air. Today my phone fell from my pocket for the first time and the screen has shattered. I am not tall and the phone didn’t fall far, the case was really not protective at all. Please help.  Scott

So @Anthropologie what a disgusting experience with customer services today. My purchase has been delayed 7-8 days and I wasn’t informed. I had chat on WhatsApp with an agent and was actually lied to three times, totally unacceptable!

Every so often I try and find Susie Green's Ted Talk, which is essentially a confession that she began transitioning her son because she and her husband were homophobes. It's really hard to find through normal means so watch it now before it disappears again.

@_PurelyPets Absolutely disgusting customer service. No help at all. Unable to escalate. Policy increase in cost of 91% for same cover, if I reduce cover from £6k to £2k still 45% increase 🤯 no replies to emails for over a week. @financialombuds
