I can't believe this is real. The Chancellor of UC San Francisco testified under oath that a "vast majority of pregnancies are in women." Implying some pregnancies occur in men. When asked directly whether a non-biological woman has ever had a baby, he refused to answer. This is the head of one of the top medical schools in the country.

@visegrad24 It kind of is discrimination. The real problem is when one is made to wear a burqini, or when pools are reserved only for burqini-clad women for any length of time.

The case centered on two Muslim women who were refused entry to a hotel pool in St. Johann im Pongau after the manager said, "With a burkini, one can perhaps swim in Saudi Arabia, but not in Austria." The court upheld a fine against the manager, rejecting his argument that the ban was justified on hygiene grounds. Unlike France and other European countries, Austria has no nationwide ban on burkinis.
