@TfL One of the days I phoned and spent hours on the phone your customer services team said they could not pass me in to a manager . I have phoned that number numerous times spending hours being passed to different people who have failed to help me . Awful service

@TfL I am due a refund when your ticket machine rebooted as payment for Oyster card top up was going through spoke to numerous people and spent hours on the phone still no refund I want to speak to a manager to get this resolved
