@TheRACP www1.racgp.org.au/newsgp/profess… did it occur to you the reason Marie Bismark states that notifications are not of concern is because she has been proven to create profiles within @Ahpra on anyone who criticises her, stating any complaints against her are “vexatious” even before, or IF they are lodged? She also states “vexatious complaints” are rare and should be taken with a “grain of salt” (despite practitioner suicides) and actually published the AHPRA guidelines on what she deems vexatious. I.e nothing that points to her unethical abuses of power. In terms of impairment: is being paid government $ to give herself immunity and create a power imbalance impaired? I think so.

The problem is there’s various videos of her pushing, shoving and being rude to staff on red carpets who are paid to be there and likely couldn’t give a fuck who she is. She’s just annoying now… I respect her request for privacy etc but there’s enough pointing to the fact that she’s just not a nice person

This poster, one of the posters that AHPRA hated the most, is displayed on the side of the Florence (CLO van). It was also one of the 34 posts the HCCC used as evidence against me. The question is, is the HCCC, a government entity, working with AHPRA to target me? I recently came across an article written by a lawyer who claims that AHPRA isn’t out to get you. But having known many suspended doctors and being fully aware of their experiences, they all say otherwise. This isn’t just speculation — it’s based on my own personal experience with AHPRA throughout my case. After everything I’ve gone through, it’s clear to me: AHPRA is out to get me. Don’t you agree?

There's lore to the eSafety commission in Australia I didn't know about. Apparently it's not some huge department, it's literally a woman named Commissar Karen, who is American-Australian, and she sends these notices directly under her own authority. Trump has made fun of her.
