@BBakerHogs I don’t see the number 2 player hype in class in his game … great defender and long arms

Jordan Smith Jr. is so good. Elite defense. Great rebounding guard. So fast in transition. Creates separation. High IQ passes. If he has any sort of consistent jumper next year, Hogs could be looking at back to back generational type point guards.

Bad news for 5 really strong college hoopers from Tennessee. Alabama State University HC Tony Madlock stepped down yesterday after four successful years. Coach Madlock aggressively recruited our state. I imagine all 5 of these guys will be in "The Portal" -->

@Devin_Walker2 You must don’t know Fairley, with that team went to Arkansas. Real D1 players that played in the nba. Treadwell- penny , Elliot Perry , Chris Gardner . None of them teams with them players , you mention went and did nothing in college or played in the nba. Do your research.

2027 4⭐️ Bartlett 6’6” G/wing Dylan Jones (@thedwj) finished off a fantastic season securing tournament MVP honors for @BartlettHoops. Ranked #36 overall in the class of 2027 by ESPN, Jones has multiple HM programs after him, including: Tennessee, Ole Miss, Alabama, etc. Jones is a great combo of size, athleticism and skill at the guard/wing position. He excels off catch and shoot and has potential to be an excellent around the rim finisher with his vertical athleticism and body control. Debuted at #2 on the preseason Hitmen Hit List behind his teammate DJ Okoth. Always fun watching Dylan Jones play.

2026 Bartlett 6’8” F Axton Perry (@axton_hoops2026) wrapped up their state championship season with a great game. 15 PTS | 6 REB | 4 BLK | 4 STL Perry is a current SEMO commit and one of several D1 commits on the roster. Displays great motor with good length, making him an immediate impact player defensively and off slashes at the next level. Still growing into his frame and working on perimeter ball skills. Excited to see him next season at SEMO, where he could see a solid amount of minutes as a freshman.

This @BartlettHoops team just cemented itself arguably one of the best Memphis-area teams of all time. - 4A State Champs / #7 in the nation - 4-6 D1 prospects (Jones, Okoth, Perry, Williams, Taylor, Hill) - Finished 35-4 overall w/ losses to #1 Paul VI, #4 Principia, and #6 Archbishop Stepinac Fantastic coaching job from @CoachDionReal @Coach_McFall35 and staff. Most exciting part is: They return every one of their D1 prospects outside of Axton Perry.

Super impressive season for the former Northpoint standout.

FRESHMAN. OF. THE. YEAR!🤯 Christian Gilliland scored 20-plus points in 22 of 31 games for @PRCCBasketball this season on the way to leading the MACCC in points per game (23.2) and free throw percentage (88.8). He finished second in three-point percentage (45.7). The selection makes back-to-back years that the Wildcats have had the conference's Freshman of the Year!💪 #RRR🐾

Bartlett advances to the Region 8-AAAA semis, 77-39 over Central. Braylon Williams leads with 21; Dylan Jones and Mr. Basketball finalist D.J. Okoth each had 10. Carlos Fitzgerald led the Warriors with 16.

Rowan Brumbaugh takes it to the chest of Memphis and beats the Tigers on a coast-to-coast layup. Final: Tulane 78, Memphis 76. Tigers closed as a 9-point home favorite. If you thought something was fixed after the FAU win … aht aht.
