Just got on my flight. Getting my headphones out of my bad and I hear the older gentleman behind me tell the lady he’s with “when we get on our next flight I’m taking that little blue pill so we’re ready to go when we get there. @EBischoff Absolutely, the exact same way I feel. AMAZING. This is the best way to go. If you care about yourself, this works like a charm. The 18 hours fast is ULTRA easy.

Glad it's working well for you. I get my labs (extensive) 2x per year. Tracking my markers and blowing my Dr’s mind when she reviews them with me is a guilty pleasure. I'm currently strict carnivore with an 18 hour daily fast that has kicked my ass into overdrive. Energy, focus, overall sense of well being. Can't really articulate how great I feel.

For example, yesterday , since I couldn't train in Jacksonville, I drove my car for 3 hours to Orlando, for a 4 hour training session with multiple former WWE wrestlers. I train in the ring 5-6 days a week, and I never skip weight training—it's every single day. No one can stop me. In this vast world, there's not a single person who works harder than I do in this business. I stake my life on that claim. Everyone, please keep cheering me on every day from here on out. I will never betray your expectations. To Japan, you all give me tremendous inspiration. @wearehappydoggo Mr. Boxhead did look a bit rugged. Now - Of course after some Happy Doggo magic he's like himself again. Love this stuff SO, SO MUCH.

Mr. Boxhead has been a regular on the route for a while, but he turned up recently in a bad way. It looked like he’d been dragged under a car, so we had to get him in. He’s lost half his tail after surgery, but honestly, he doesn’t seem to care! He’s got more energy now than he did before he was hurt. It’s just good to see him back on his feet and acting like himself again🥰

If you told us 3 years ago that Brittany would have a best friend, we wouldn’t have believed you. She was rescued with so much fear that we really thought she’d be staying with us for good. But 2024 changed everything. She finally found her home with Sam, who recently took in Timber too. Timber actually came in to get treated for TVT cancer, and Sam just fell in love with him. It’s taken a while for these two to figure each other out, but they’ve both come so far. Timber is officially through his treatment now, and the dog who "hated everyone" has finally found her person (and her best mate). You did it, Britney 🥰❤️
