I have a similar issue from traumatic brain injury. The following has done wonders. Breathing exercise. Five minutes in the morning. 5 minutes at night before sleep. Breath in through your nose for 5 counts. Tip of tongue to roof of mouth right behind front teeth during inhale. Use your diaphragm not your lungs for inhale. Hold the inhale for 5 counts. Exhale through your mouth dropping your jaw for five counts. Repeat for five minutes. 5 count inhale. 5 count hold. 5 count exhale. This stimulates the vagus nerve and BDNF. Both of which calm the nervous system. I had good results immediately and after a couple weeks I feel brand new.

🚨 WARNING: SOMETHING JUST BROKE! Gold? ALL TIME HIGH Silver? ALL TIME HIGH We’re seeing a complete rejection of sovereign debt. If you’re holding stocks, you’re not gonna like what I’m about to say. This is very BAD for the markets… Here’s what it means for your portfolio: Capital is fleeing paper promises for hard assets at a historic pace. When Gold re-rates this aggressively, it acts as a black hole for liquidity. IT BREAKS THE MODEL. Stocks are valued on future cash flows discounted by rates. When the "risk-free" asset (Treasuries) gets rejected, valuations don’t just adjust… THEY COLLAPSE. The collateral underpinning the banking system is losing value by the second. What follows is inevitable. – Margin calls. – Forced selling. – A rush for the exit. We’ve seen this exact setup 3 times already. The dot-com bubble (2000), months before the GFC (2007), and the liquidity crisis in the repo market (2019). Every single time, a recession hits within 6 months. Is this time any different? I don’t think so. The Fed is now trapped in the ultimate corner: If they print money to save the bond market, these metal prices go vertical. If they don’t, the credit markets freeze. Risk assets might ignore this for a moment. BUT THEY WON'T IGNORE IT FOREVER. The market is pricing in a total loss of control. THE EXIT DOORS ARE CLOSING. Now, listen to me. I’m talking from experience (20+ years), and I think a major market crash is coming in the next 6 to 12 months. Keep in mind that I’ve called every market top and bottom of the last 10 years publicly. When I make my move and fully exit the markets, I’ll say it here publicly FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. You better follow me with notifications, or you’ll regret it. Trust me. If you want my $0-$1M step by step guide, comment "GUIDE" down below and check your DMs.

Minnesota Staff Fraud Reporting Commentary
Tim Walz is 100% responsible for massive fraud in Minnesota. We let Tim Walz know of fraud early on, hoping for a partnership in stopping fraud but no, we got the opposite response. Tim Walz systematically retaliated against whistleblowers using monitoring, threats, repression, and did his best to discredit fraud reports. Instead of partnership, we got the full weight of retaliation by Tim Walz, certain DFL members and an indifferent mainstream media. It’s scary, isolating and left us wondering who we can turn to. In addition to retaliating against whistleblower, Tim Walz disempowered the Office of the Legislative Auditor, allowing agencies to disregard their audit findings and guidance. Media and politicians supporting Tim Walz or the DFL-agenda attacked whistleblowers who were trying to raise red flags on fraudulent activities. This is a cascade of systemic failures leading up to Tim Walz. Agency leaders appointed by Tim Walz willfully disregarded rules and laws to keep fraud reports quiet - even to the extent of threatening families of whistleblowers. These same leaders are not qualified for their jobs, instead getting leadership jobs via Tim Walz’s friendship so state government were left floundering. DFL lawmakers refused to acknowledge fraud and deflected any serious conversation to stop fraud. Biased mainstream media such as WCCO and MPR showed absolutely no interest in covering fraud happening in our own state. Programs, especially in behavioral health and disability services were built without any guardrails against fraud, all in an attempt to extract more funding from legislature and the federal government. As staff, we firsthand witnessed and observed fraud happening yet we were shutdown, reassigned and told to keep quiet. Sometimes more. Leadership did not want to appear to discriminate against certain communities and were unwilling to take action, such as stopping fraud, that would have an adverse impact on their image. To date, no single agency leader has been held responsible for their role in fraud whether it’s Shireen Gandhi, Jess Geil, Jodi Harpstead, Natasha Merz, Eric Grumdahl or others. It is a structure created and maintained by Tim Walz who has created an environment of inter-related agencies and institutions including the media - that help foster fraud through retaliation and turning a blind eye in exchange for political gain in the form of high power agency leadership jobs or other perks. Fundamentally, Tim Walz is dishonest, lacks ethics and integrity, has poor leadership abilities, and has never taken any accountability for his role in fraud. Instead, Tim Walz deflects by blaming national politics for his own failings and distracts the public with inveterate lying. These lies include his reference of a budget surplus under his tenure. Fact is, Minnesota never had a surplus, we had been given federal ARPA funds that were conflated as surplus money otherwise, we’d be in a deficit. And those ARPA funds, which were meant to be temporary funds were used to create more leadership positions for Tim Walz “buddies.” As such, we can’t fight fraud in Minnesota alone hence why we’re appealing to the federal levels of government. We need all the help we can get as Tim Walz’s agency leaders have upped their brazen approach in covering up their knowledge of fraud. We are grateful to numerous solid politicians (esp the Fraud Committee) and media outlets who are trying to halt fraud. We are also grateful to other whistleblowers who are bravely stepping up. Thank You NY Times for bringing the plight of Minnesota to the national stage. @nytimes

A damning quote on Tim Walz’s failure to stop the fraud consuming Minnesota. "No one was doing anything about the red flags," he said. "It was like someone was stealing money from the cookie jar and they kept refilling it." WOW.

The word cycle is thrown around carelessly a lot or co-opted to fit narratives. But the technical definition is Cycles are always measured from low to low. That’s the only count that is relatively consistent, the duration between one low and the next defines the cycle’s timeframe. The top of the cycle is the wildcard, and will change from cycle to cycle. It’s not a consistent duration because it’s dictated by the broader trend. In raging secular bull markets, tops form late in lower timeframe cycles to allow price to stretch upwards, deep into the cycle. In bear markets, they show up early, giving the downtrend time to dig in and extended lower. In bull phases, a common theme is price rising about three-quarters of the time, one-quarter down. Bitcoin, still in a secular bull market, has followed that pattern fairly well across several cycles so far.  Mature assets like gold have too, but they also have seen periods of only 1/4 up, 3/4 down, defined as secular bear phases. When people say the Bitcoin “4-year cycle” is dead, what they’re really saying is it’s stupid to expect every peak to arrive at the same interval from the last low, every 4 years. And they’re 💯 right, the next top could easily form later than in the last! And in the next cycle, much sooner potentially. But pretending the cycle structure can’t repeat again in this one, is equally foolish. So Cycles bring the most clarity when identifying bear market lows. On shorter timeframes (weekly or daily Cycles), although noisier, they also help time intermediate entries when the higher-timeframe trend is up. Like any tool, cycles can provide a great edge, but nothing (should go without saying) close to certainty.  They can also give many false signals in directionless markets, because not every cycle will have a clean sine wave structure.  And beyond that, there’s always discretion involved with identifying where we stand in a cycle and when key turning points (trough-peak-trough) have occurred. There are tools (like TA and sentiment) that help with this, but confirmation often has to come after the fact, because one cannot discern easily between a normal dip in an uptrend vs a dip that begins the bear (declining) phase.   Outside of the rare euphoric blow-offs, which can be easier to front-run, nailing the exact top is never easy, and in some ways, not the intent. Cycle analysis is trend-following by nature, and waiting for top confirmation means surrendering a bit (or a lot) of upside. The strategy attempts to get a good head start (more predictable lows) and then capture the meat of the upside move.

The reason President Trump won the 2024 election was that a small group of heroes made sure the computers operating in Serbia were blocked from switching the votes illegally. That's why we had an accurate count. Yes, I will tell you the whole story very soon.

" @PeterTicktin now states plainly without reservation that the difference between the 2020 election & the 2024 election was that computers operating in Serbia were not blocked in 2020 but WERE blocked in 2024 allowing an accurate count of the actual 2024 presidential votes."

My father was the Vice Mayor of Minneapolis in the 1950s. He was Vice Admiral in Aquatennial for a year. It is really sad that a once great city has been so totally ruined by WOKE, racist, clueless elected officials. Minne_Alelpo_Lis was the target of Obama's invasion of Somalian's invaders As a percent of population, Somalians (who have destroyed the West Bank) have a bigger presence in Mpls than in any other major city Minneapolis is another Detroit, Memphis, Detroit As a kid I could bike or bus in any area of town Now I carry a p1stol 🔫🔫

🚨 BREAKING: The Minneapolis Downtown Council just canceled Holidazzle and Aquatennial, two of the city’s biggest public festivals, citing crime and a lack of downtown foot traffic. What was once a vibrant downtown has been destroyed by failed liberal policies under Tim Walz.
