Since the week leading up to Charlie’s death, I have had vivid dreams. They have been unceasing. 27 years ago today, my family and I survived what would become the largest F5 tornado ever recorded. With wind speeds clocked at 318 mph, it ripped us out of my parents’ tanning salon like rag dolls.
