Can't believe some people fell for this. He was always just creating his version of fast fashion — low prices, cheap quality, and trends of his creation. Of course people use taste to separate themselves. You only have to read Pierre Bourdieu's Distinction (1979). But if you don't want to, just take a look at Ye's fashion history. As a creator, he has cycled through countless looks: the Red Octobers and skinny suit phase; the slim fit APC collaboration; the Hedi Slimane-esque double-rider, long tee, Chelsea boot look; the Yeezy line that had Haider Ackerman and Robert Geller's fingerprints all over it. Etc etc etc. Does anyone still wear skinny suits and Red Octobers? Does anyone wear those slim fit APC New Standards and tubular parkas? Do his fans still wear milkshake suede Common Projects Chelseas and overly long t-shirts? Of course not. Why? Because they are following a man whose sense of style is about distinction. As soon as everyone starts to wear something, he changes it up and calls himself a genius (even if the clothes are obviously heavily shaped by other people). And his fans follow along. There are many designers who have stuck to a single look (or, at least, refined their aesthetic). Rick Owens, Yohji Yamamoto, Daiki Suzuki, Helmut Lang, Jil Sander, Luciano Barbera, Ralph Lauren, etc. They are the opposite of fast fashion. You buy something from them and you can wear it for decades because they are doing the same look. As soon as you buy something Ye designed, the clock is ticking. Assuming the item doesn't fall apart because he uses cheap, corrected grain leather or short staple fibers, the design will be "out of fashion" as soon as Ye decides he wants to switch up his look and sell you a new thing. A major challenge for Ye — although not unique to him — is that he has no actual skills in patternmaking or sewing. When asked how does one become a good designer, Rick Owens said: "Learn how to make clothes, learn how to make clothes, learn how to make clothes — don't do sketches and collages because that's bullshit, I mean anyone can do that — you have to learn how to MAKE CLOTHES!" Ye's primary skill is marketing. Hence why the answers below are so devoid of substance.

@NoodleHairCR7 Alternatively - I feel sorry that Bolivia have won 6 qualifiers against tough opposition - beating Brazil - and probably won’t get to the World Cup; whereas Portugal have only won 4 qualifiers - 2 of which were against Armenia - and are already there. Doesn’t seem fair does it.
