But just in case you missed it, Greg, the two biggest factors in what we're seeing here are the abject poverty that was utterly compounded by 14 years of austerity, and more importantly, the foregrounding, demonising and scapegoating of immigrants for short term political gain that was gleefully engaged in by almost the entire Conservative party, while you were its chair.
