@FayeedBass37066 @SchiffGold @PeterSchiff None of this contradicts my response to Pete Schiff. Here I'll post it again for you. Gold doesn’t produce anything like a business does. It generates no income—no dividends, no interest, no rent. Its value comes entirely from what others are willing to pay for it.

@MrNaples3 @SchiffGold @PeterSchiff Value is subjective my friend. You might not want to pay $5000 dollars but $0.5T dollars worth of purchases disagree with you. If you think gold is worth less then short gold. Many men have made that bet and lost. Talk to Keynes who said gold is a relic 100 years ago.

@FayeedBass37066 @SchiffGold @PeterSchiff So you're saying gold is worth $5k an ounce because we use a nickel’s worth of gold on our teeth’s and smartphones? Please step into my office—I’ve got a pretty bridge to sell you.

@MrNaples3 @SchiffGold @PeterSchiff You have just contradicted yourself. You said hold doesnt produce anything therefore it has no inherent value but now you have admitted it does have value. Also all these industries have pricing power and are demand inelastic e.g if gold goes up then demand isnt affected much

Jewelry doesn’t produce anything, and if gold were priced accordingly, demand for gold jewelry would drop significantly. The market is largely driven—or arguably propped up—by perceived value rather than practical use. As for the rest, gold’s use is minuscule—only about 10% or less is used for the applications mentioned. If gold were priced accordingly, it would be worth less than silver per ounce.

Earlier during the war i discussed a strategy I feared the president would advocate to get to the peace table. I ultimately alluded to a Curtis LeMay reference that I did not want things to escalate to. As of last night we are there. No need to discuss further

@AdamBLiv Better, skip MSTR: 1. take a $100k loan for 4.25BTC collateral at coinbase @ ~5%APR 2. buy 1.4BTC @ 70K 3. in 10 years pay off loan by selling 0.1BTC 4. You now have 5.55BTC worth $8.88M The pure play gives you $2M of free alpha at zero net cost.

🔥GENIUS EARLY RETIREMENT LIFE HACK🔥 You can make $750k for FREE with STRK. Don't believe me? Step 1 - Deposit 4.25 BTC ($303k) as collateral at 33% LTV. Get a $100k loan. Liquidation price is ~$35k, meaning BTC would need to drop another 50% from here to get margin called. Step 2 - Buy 1,381 shares of STRK at $72.40. Step 3 - STRK pays 10.5% = $10,500/year in dividends. Your loan costs 10.5% = $10,500/year. Perfect wash. Every dollar of dividend income services the debt. Net carry cost over 10 years: $0. You hold STRK for FREE. Step 4 - BTC goes to $1.6M in ten years (power law). Your 4.25 BTC collateral is now worth $6.85M. The $100k loan is 1.46% of your collateral value. Step 5 - MSTR rides 22.6x BTC growth × 1.33x NAV premium × 1.63x BTC/share accretion = 49x multiplier. MSTR goes from $126 to roughly $6,167. Step 6 - Convert 1,381 STRK into 138.1 MSTR shares. Value: $851,608. Step 7 - Pay off the $100k loan. Net from the STRK play: $751,608. Step 8 - Get your 4.25 BTC back. Worth $6.85M. Final scorecard: $303k turns into $7.6M (25x, 38.0% CAGR). Pure HODL would’ve been $6.85M. The STRK play added $751,608 of free alpha on top at zero net cost. Dividends covered interest. Your BTC never left. It just worked harder.

Crypto-backed mortgages increase the cost of buying homes. Not only must homebuyers pay interest on the home loans, but they also must pay interest on the crypto-backed second mortgages. In reality, the borrower is financing 100% of the cost of the home. This raises default risk.

For those who are young. Jane Fonda is famous for going to a POW camp where American soldiers and pilots were being held. One POW slipped her their social security numbers. She immediately turned it over the jailer. They were punished for this after she left. The enemy turned her visit into a propaganda reel. She is an enemy.

How is it that women in so-called 'oppressed' societies—take Islam, for example—are frequently willing to defend their way of life, their second-class citizenship, if you will, while in the West—where feminism has given women unprecedented freedom—are the loudest voices of hate and dissent and the most unhappy in our society? At what point do we question whether unlimited autonomy for women actually produces fulfillment?

According to Grok, "Puerto Rico's OCIF suspended & liquidated Euro Pacific Intl Bank (2022) for: 1. Crass noncompliance with minimum capital requirements (under Act 273 & prior 2021 Consent Order). 2. Long history of noncompliance with banking laws, regulations & compliance controls. 3. Overall solvency & licensing concerns as an International Financial Entity. OCIF: 'We will not tolerate any financial entity licensed by PR operating outside the law.' Action followed J5 'Operation Atlantis' probe into suspected tax evasion/money laundering facilitation via weak KYC/AML & superficial account vetting. Bank ordered to cease ops; led to Consent Order for liquidation & fines."

Con man @saylor told the @CNBC audience that Stretch is just like a money market, except it pays an 11% yield. Where is the SEC when false claims like this are made to the public? CNBC anchors are so ignorant when it comes to investments that they let him get away with it.

No, Carter and the CIA did not "install" Khomeini or the regime. The 1979 Iranian Revolution was a communist-influenced uprising against the Shah's rule—mass protests, strikes, and anger from both religious and leftist groups. Carter's fault was assuming his Christian ideal of compassion were the same as the Muslims and here we are..

Brilliant move by Iran. They are planning to levy a 10% toll on all ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. This will generate $73 billion a year, completely offsetting US sanctions and paying for war damages. Checkmate.
