@mtmiran This was done a few years ago but the total demolition cost was $5,000. The price included everything, not just the concrete demolition.

@MrPhamSE Cool, may I ask how much did it cost for demo and hauling away debris? I guess it didn't take more than a day with this machine...I am dealing with a similar project :)

@NCEES I'm thankful for such warm feelings & cool wishes! I'd raise 4 queries; 1. How long does a result of a CBT FE exam take? 2. What kind of result will the examinee get? Pass/Fail, a grade, or a percentage? 3. Is there a searching technique in the digital handbook (i.e., CTRL+F)?

@mtmiran The cost of concrete demolition was minimal for my 570 square foot ADU. They used this mini excavator to remove the concrete. It even fit through my relatively small side gate.

@CivilEngAcad @TeslaSolar It will be interesting to see how NEM 3.0 will work out in California this year and what that will do to the solar market here in the future.

All PE exam results from the April 2021 pencil-and-paper engineering exams were released to NCEES member licensing boards on June 2. Results from the 16-hour Structural exams were released on June 11. How and when examinees receive their results vary by state.

@heyimsp Congrats on completing your program! Everyone's situation is different, but I think good networking is the best way to get a job. Start with people you know (friends, classmates, professors), then LinkedIn and job search engines. Good luck!
