America became a global leader by attracting the best and brightest minds from around the world. Right now, this administration has indefinitely paused most immigration processing for high-skilled applicants from 39 countries. Only because of the country where they were born! Even worse, there is no clear timeline, no transparent criteria, and no accountability for when these holds will be lifted. The human cost is real. She is a medical researcher from Iran. Does she look like “the worst of the worst”? There are thousands like her residing inside America for years and being harmed right now. Listen to what @SenatorDurbin is saying at the Senate hearing.

We need to stop this big mfer. People don’t realize how important this is. It’s not just about him, it’s about pushing back on garbage influencers and raising the standard. We’re literally sliding into Idiocracy. If this keeps going, what does it look like in two years? This guy is 100% going to inspire others to do the same, creating a new wave of influencers dancing, yelling, and being loud and annoying everywhere. As a society, we need to draw a line and say enough is enough. The only real solution I see is to boycott the places that pay for this. If using these kinds of influencers becomes a net negative for businesses, they’ll stop. Money is the only thing that will make them listen. I’m going to keep this movement going as long as I can to raise the standard. This restaurant is Bigtime Eatz in Michigan. TOGETHER, WE STOP IDIOCRACY ✊

@AmericaPapaBear I always wondered why in the restrooms they have a sign saying employees must wash hands, for something that obvious. Then during Covid I learned it was not that obvious to many and just because of Covid pushed themselves to do it and later stopped doing it again post Covid :))

MUST SEE: McDonald’s worker in Tennessee fired after customers caught him scratching inside his underwear while making food! Man, this is nasty as hell. A McDonald’s employee in Tennessee got fired after multiple customers saw him repeatedly sticking his hand down his pants, scratching his junk while he was supposed to be prepping food. He kept doing it even when people were watching. They complained, management reviewed it, and rightly booted his ass. Look, basic hygiene isn’t some fancy American thing, you just don’t scratch your balls and then touch people’s food. Period. Those hands looked rough too. This is exactly why I don’t trust most fast food anymore. You never really know what’s going on back there. Straight up disgusting. Fire was the right call. What do you think, folks: am I overreacting or is this just common sense?

@gotrice2024 Concept of Uber in some other countries is different, like in Istanbul we booked a taxi to airport by Uber and driver ended up asking 3 times the booking price and we had a fight at the airport!

This man called for an Uber to take him to the airport while traveling in Egypt. The price was 250 Egyptian pounds whose is about $4.83 cents. The driver stops in the middle of the highway and now is demanding instead of the amount that was agreed on, that he wanted $250 USD instead of Egyptian pounds. The driver is still refusing to drive, the problem is if the man gets out, the driver will more than likely take off and steal his luggage as well. Paying him more isn’t an option either because at this point he’s almost holding you hostage because he knows you don’t have many options, what would you do in this scenario?

This man was walking to the stadium when a man walked up to him and tied a “free” home made bracelet around his wrist for a festival that’s coming to town. After he does that he asks for a donation of 25 euros to help support Africa. When the man says he didn’t have any cash on him, the man the pulls his phone out and tells him to enter his info for a card donation payment. Should the man have just refused the bracelet, would you have given him 25 euros to help support Africa?

بعد از مدتها انتظار، بالاخره نوبت MRI‌م رسید، دستگاه تونل بسته ست و من کلاستروفوبیا دارم! اما نمیخوام این فرصت رو باز از دست بدم و دوباره ۲سال تو صف بمونم! با داروهای آرام‌بخش تجویز پزشک میشه این فوبیا رو کنترل کرد که این MRI کوفتی رو بدون مشکل انجام بدم؟ کسی تجربه مشابه داره؟

These are F-1 students, who will not be able to roll to OPT, STEM OPT, or eventually H1-B in time unless this pause is lifted. These are young people who want to contribute to America; who are in school at places like Berkeley, Santa Clara University, and Stanford. @mrddmia But there are many Iranian students and professionals in US who are going to loose their legal status because President Trump has banned all Iranians from any immigration benefits, not to mention travel ban. So not sure they are welcomed actually.
