Every time you open Google Maps, your phone is talking to at least four satellites orbiting 20,000 km above Earth. Each one beams down ultra-precise timestamps basically saying, “It was 12:00:00.000001 when I sent this.” Your phone measures how long each signal takes to arrive, then triangulates your exact position. Simple, right? Here’s the twist by Einstein. As those satellites are moving fast (about 14,000 km/h), time slows down for them, a prediction of special relativity. But because they’re also far from Earth’s gravity, time speeds up … a prediction of general relativity. Put the two effects together, and their onboard clocks tick about 38 microseconds faster per day than clocks on Earth. That sounds tiny but if engineers didn’t correct for it, your GPS location would drift by roughly 10 km every single day. So every step you take, every Uber you call, every “turn left” you follow… all depends on Einstein’s equations quietly running behind the scenes. Mind bending @imacuriosguy @curiouswavefn

Moving slowly kills more businesses than anything else. And I’m not talking about shipping products. No – it’s energy, speed of thought, and how quickly you get your team moving that make the difference. Speed is the only superpower we can control with no experience. Here’s how I turn up the volume and get everyone to embrace a sense of urgency when it comes to getting shit done. It’s a Day 1 Mindset – when hiring, does the applicant answer your questions quickly? Are they engaged and listening, actively bantering back and forth with you as you talk? Watch for signs of hesitant decision-making. Lead by example: let your people see you moving at the speed of thought. Be decisive and responsive to situations and respect deadlines. Inspire your people to have the confidence to make quick decisions. How you walk around your business or host a Zoom call impacts how your team views your business. Move it, move it! That old axiom about managing by walking around really works. Move your feet a little quicker than average when doing that walk. You set the pace. Deadlines and Milestones: Letting your people set deadlines and KPIs (with your guidance) works best. If your team is good, they will set tougher expectations than you might, and by doing it themselves, they own it vs. having to do it for “the man.” Reward Decision-Making: At least they made one, even if it was wrong. If you criticize every decision, your team will stop making them. Mistakes are tuition. Delegate and start them off with small decisions to build confidence. It’s OK to critique the decision – try the compliment sandwich technique. Having a sense of urgency is not about rushing around or hasty decision-making. It’s about building an environment to make quick and confident decisions so you can be more productive. Let's go!

Cold email is hard. But I use it to sign 3-5 deals every month for my clients. Here’s the easy way you can do the same: ______ What you’re about to learn is simple. It contains the exact strategy that has helped me book 1000+ calls for my clients and generated $4m+ in pipeline There will be no gate keeping. Just pure value. Let’s dive into it: 1. The offer. 80% of your cold email results will come as a result of a good offer. But most people don’t take this seriously. They just add a guarantee to anything that sounds good and blast outreach on it hoping for results. My best advice: Copy an offer that already sells. ________ 2. The targeting I strictly work with B2B companies that sell to local service companies in the US to help them book more qualified meetings Why? because I help them best. And that’s not all— I still filter based on: - Company size - Their ICP - Location - MRR If you don’t go this length in your targeting–don’t expect significant results. _______ 3. The lead list build. This is the foundation of every cold email campaign. Do it wrong and nothing will save you. So I combine 3-4 tools to make sure I get a list of qualified leads before I do anything else. The tools are… If you want to get: - The exact tools I use - How I use them - My cold email infrastructure - The step-by-step process on how I go from scraping leads to closing deals. Like this post, comment “easy” and I'll send it over to you.| (Must be following)

@fedesimio I would love to be able to reorder the sidebar. For my workflow, I would like to have “tags” above “notebooks” in the sidebar.
