Souls-like Star Wars game. Only way to resurrect the dead franchise. And I don't want all the difficulty focus tested away or making it "press (X) to win".
American AAA cannot make games like this. Even without Star Wars (which comes with so much baggage you can't do anything).

I played a few hours of Resident Evil Requiem and so far I'm very pleasantly surprised. There's some really outstanding texture and modeling work, gorgeous lighting, excellent animation and audio design. The VO is also really solid. Haven't gotten far but looking forward to more.

Bloober Team desperately needs to hire an editor or at least someone to bonk the devs on the head and say "Stop. That's enough". The biggest weakness of both Silent Hill 2 Remake and Cronos is the terrible pacing. Neither of them justify their 18-20 hour length

resources. While reaching the end I was starting to feel more fatigued than anything, hoping to get through the final chapter. The canon ending was fitting so I'm not sure I feel compelled to check out the NG+ options. Will I play more Fatal Frame games after this? Maybe. But not

Had to sit down & digest my first Fatal Frame experience after beating FF2 Remake today. Overall, the remake was beautiful & definitely excelled at delivering a creepy story with great atmospheric tension. However, even after post-patch that helped make the combat more fair, the

@occluder_rmx @tonestirade Cronos is an excellent game in all aspects, only mistake is that it's 6 hours longer than it needed to be. Could benefit from being trimmed, too many and too long interludes between the bigger areas.

Disregarding their individual quality; is anyone else tired of AAA survival horror games feeling the same? Publishers saw the success of RE2R and copied it which makes the genre blend together. Indie fills the void, but I'm craving some high budget fixed camera angles man

@tonestirade Yeah, Cronos is a lot closer to dead space than it is to RE2R. And Alan Wake 2 is another thing entirely.

@TafferKing451 @Photoshop_Gy Though it was a mistake to hide the ink ribbon mode behind atleast 4 playthroughs. That's all i wanted as the first playthrough but if i ever unlock it, I'll probably be sick of the game from playing it too much.

@Photoshop_Gy I think there’s things that were cool they did to RE3R, like there being a bunch of extra tiers of difficulty that also re-arranges enemy locations and items. That’s neat!
As short as his sections are, Nemesis does have a cool moveset compared to Mr. X.

1. A photo mode update will be soon.
2. A bonus mini-game (like Mercenaries, Raid, etc) as a free update arriving in May.

@ThePhoenixKng12 @AestheticGamer1 @jackmiloscorp They will earn more selling the ps4 ports than they will spend developing it, a lot more. Since they have the switch 2 version, the port would be easy and cheap to do.
I have a ps5, but i just don't care if they port it, because it doesn't matter.

Besides, why do you care, it doesn't take anything away from anyone if they made a ps4 version. Maybe they should just make a ps3 version as well, if it bothers you it would be worth the effort. :p

@Mr_Baskerville @AestheticGamer1 @jackmiloscorp Because the ps4 is an obsolete piece of hardware…. The switch 2 is a current gen console which is supported by almost every studio, just because it has similar performance to that obsolete hardware doesn’t mean it should be on that hardware

But it absolutely needs a true remake and the same treatment RE2, RE3 and RE4 got.

Now that there are rumors about a Resident Evil 1 Remake happening, I see a lot of people posting about how its "not needed"
My take is: It's not needed, but you can absolutely bet that this will be an incredible game, just like RE2R and RE4R. Trust Capcom, they'll nail it
