I try and use today as a reminder to reach out to someone who might be struggling… to send a message to a friend or catch up with a family member and see if they are ok or need to talk ❤️

@lzmddngs 100% agree!! Took me a year before getting access to any kind of rehabilitation as opposed to take medication. So frustrating to hear ‘isolated case’ or an "unfortunate exception’ and then discover PCS happens so much more than people know.

That takes the sting out of those early mornings. Failing that, an extra slice of buttery toast after your sixth snooze is just perfect!
