I'm thrilled to announce that @musicalnetta and I are joining forces to work on the announcements I referenced yesterday, as well as many other future projects For those of you who don't know Lanett, she is kind, funny and frankly much better at this than I am 🤣 x.com/batsoupyum/sta…

My uncle lost his battle with cancer on Thanksgiving. We thought he’d beaten it a couple years ago, but it came back. Just a few weeks ago we were fly fishing together in Alaska. Then it returned, far more aggressive than before. In life, I never understood why he’d get so upset about lost time in traffic, distractions, anything stealing minutes from him. In death, I realize it was because he knew his time was limited and refused to waste it on meaningless things. None of you knew him, but you have your own loved ones. Stop wasting time. Call your family. Make amends. Go for a walk together. Have a dinner without cell phones and with more laughs. That’s what he would have wanted. There’s nothing I wouldn’t give for more time with him. In many ways, it feels like I lost a father.

Does PUNKSTR get repriced as a launchpad token? The newest @token_works upgrade to the Strategy platform opens the doors for anyone to launch tokens Any NFT or Token deployer can now self-serve their own Strategy tokens (with a 1 ETH fee) Anyone can create a new "Recursive" token, which buys and burns its own supply Fees across all products continue to buy and burn PUNKSTR which is up over 50% off of the lows

GM, Grateful to be alive, healthy, and surrounded by all of you every day, for your differing opinions and the freedom to have my own and yet we can still find common ground. Happy Thanksgiving!! 🦃🍽

Thanksgiving Musings: Questions I ask all the time: Why the hell am I here? Why are we here? What began as a financial exploration has become a spiritual magnet. Why? The conclusions that I personally arrive at: Art is important. Art - and its associated humanity - increases in importance as we hurtle into an accelerated future that integrates and prioritizes the machine. Art is changing. Achieving a consensus form of digital ownership is a form of arrival for a many decade digital art journey. This is undoubtedly the art of our times. It is thrilling to participate in that. Art is connected to its market. In some ways this holds it back, stagnates it. Yet the broader blockchain marketplace and its social landscape unlock innovations and provide clearer rails for artist-collector connections. It is special. It has turned the heads of auction houses, institutions, Art Basel, and beyond. There is one more conclusion. It is the premise of this post and the day at hand. Art is people. Sometimes the space feels small, and yet here's a data point. The DAM Show has hosted 54 episodes this year with 167 guests, and there is a constant, gnawing feeling of not enough. Not even close to enough. The people who are here participating - in any capacity - are inspiring. You inspire me. Where do we all go from here? Some will tell you that the space remains relevant and largely becomes contemporary art. Some will tell you that the space is dead and eaten by traditional infrastructure. Some will regularly change their opinions and sound very certain when they do. The overwhelmingly likely reality is that we are hurtling into a difficult and messy middle. One that is not deterministic but is being influenced *now* by each and every one of us in a near-infinite collision of butterfly effects. No pressure. The future is us. It is you. It is your vision, your visuals, your words, your context, your tone, your associations, your investments, your prioritizations, your curations. What a time to be alive. I am grateful for you, and I am grateful to be on this journey with you, wherever it leads. Remember this: No risk, no story. . . . Pictured: 'Life You Make' by @ThankYouX

These stop motion animations are made through a unique process that I'll share in several installments. Animation is performed in block time, in sync with Ethereum. The system is connected to an ETH node. When I capture a photograph, its SHA256 hash is automatically computed and recorded in an ETH transaction. I then have approx 12 seconds to change the scene and repeat. Like a time lapse or very slow film camera at 5 frames per minute: tick..tick..tick in block time. Animation frame hashes are stored in consecutive ETH blocks. I can't take breaks, come back to it later, or undo, or make edits. It's documentation of a slow but real time performance in its raw state, with onchain proof of each frame being captured no later than each block's timestamp. But could the photos have been prepared much earlier in advance, or faked? More in next installment. Resulting animation to follow.

Thrilled to welcome my friend @AdamWeitsman as a major investor in ApeCoin, and one of the token’s largest individual holders. Adam’s been an amazing partner and I’m grateful for his longterm conviction in Yuga’s vision. His track record as a builder makes him an incredible addition for ApeCoin’s next chapter.

still processing the amazing time I had at my first MARF this year. What @ArtOnBlockchain and his team have built is truly special and the passion for digital art that I saw from this community gives me no doubt that we are on to something undeniable. 5 years into this journey I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of this crazy band of weirdos and I can’t wait to see what comes from the next 5 years of creating together. There will be ups and downs in the market but I can tell you these are ride or die mf’s. I would not bet against them. as a wise bearded man once said…. this is how we build. 💪❤️🙏
