@ACKOSupport it's not a damage. It's a crack. Secondly policy specifically doesn't exclude the same. If same would be excluded by both third party insurers and manufacturer, how would customer get after sales support in these cases?

@LGIndia @ACKOSupport @ACKOIndia have purchased LG refrigerator few years back and taken extended warranty from Acko. There are multiple cracks on the product cos of substandard quality. Acko is like its not covered as part of warranty and LG is like not part of orginal warranty

@whirlpool_india would rquest everyone to see how much time whirlpool takes to resolve an issue. It's been more than 2-3 months still the issue is not resolved yet. Pathetic after sales service. Would request everyone to avoid buying whirlpool products
