@vaneshmali They want 2 months notice from you when you resign but give you 0 days when they fire you. The rules are always one sided. Thats why you should always have enough saved to survive at least 6 months without a paycheck.

If you want to know what living in North Texas is like, this is pretty accurate. Literally it's like living in a 3rd world shit hole. None of these people speak English, at least half of them smell like shit, and they don't care about American values. Deport them all.
