@GoNintendoTweet I have been saying that since high school with FF7 vs FF8. It only becomes more obvious with every generation. Better hardware does not a better game make, if anything it has shown to make worse games with budgets that destroy studios. Every gen we see less and less games made.

At $50 & coming off the Mario Movie hype, Star Fox has a chance to pick up a big new audience that never played a Star Fox game before. Star Fox 64 again is not ideal, but for new fans this is the best game they could play to get into the series. I'm excited to hop back in.

@Cameronall1word @StutteringCraig Its 50 digital 60 physical. Im an old man and I want my Starfox 64 remade, its been over 20 years since i last played it. This absolutely caters to me.

@StutteringCraig I bet it'll be 70-80 dollars and everybody will buy it. I just played Starfox 64 for the first time I'm good on the remake. The 64 version was already a remake and then we got the 3DS version. There's other games to play.

So... what does everyone think of Star Fox for the Switch 2? I can't be the only person who thinks Fox has some Ugly Sonic vibes, right?

@Radrappy Finally the story. It had great moments but nothing that pulled on the heart strings like 1 and 2 does. And the villains are easily the worst. But then again when youre up against Malos, Jin, Zanza, Egil and Amalthos... thats a hard group to top.

@Radrappy I would also argue they pushed too hard with on screen characters as graphical compromises had to be made. Its missing the pop 1 and 2 and X has. If it was made for Switch 2 then it wouldn't have been an issue.
