@MissLMorrissey We do Chinese New year. Teaching ordinal numbers links well with the zodiac animals. Children have different masks of the animals and race. They also love planning a banquet with Chinese food. Money envelopes and tangrams are fun too! ☺️
@ChrisGPackham@MeganMcCubbin@SIBirdClub Hi. My Year 2 class are big fans of you & love watching you on spring watch and autumn watch. We are learning about all things birds this term and would love to hear from experts like yourselves. We would love to video chat with you!🐦🦉
@RSPBCymru@RSPBNewport@Natures_Voice Hi there. I'm wondering if RSPB offer virtual talks during lockdown as my class are learning about all things 'birds' and would love to hear from an expert!!
Another non-teaching related tweet BUT so many of you supported this part of ‘me’ this year.
Officially launching my first ‘collection’ next weekend - onehundredblooms on insta/TikTok if you’re interested!
& a huge thank you for all the embroidery love earlier this year. 🤗
So lovely to hear parents say how much their child has loved coming to school this year and that they miss me now I'm not in class! I must be doing something right 😂🙈
Amazon have 2 books for £7 deal on and I can't help but add more books to Baby B's collection. 😅
With two primary school teacher parents, she will have no choice but to love books 😜🤞🏻
Any classics I should be adding? (Although I'm sure I've already got them).
@MrsB_fp@MichaelRosenYes@Jo_Bowers@_Reading_Rocks_@OpenUni_RfP@BookTrustCymru Mrs Pepperpot stories, Not Now Bernard, anything by Anthony Brown. Meg & Mog. Also, Mog! Nick Sharrat is great for colour & fun with language. The book without pictures is hilarious.
Sigh- I wish my children were still little! You have SO much wonderful exploration ahead of you!
