Clearly the Commissioner hasn’t read the settlement that Governor DeSantis’s team signed, clearly stating that his “Don’t Say Gay or Trans” law cannot be used to target LGBTQ content differently from other relationships. Reading is fundamental.

So an an adjunct a pay in line with the scale you posted would be $15,000 at the high end. And he’s getting $100,000. So roughly 8 times that of a regular adjunct.

If I was a law student in Florida, I would see the opportunity to take a class from the sitting Attorney General of our state as priceless. Lawyers with similar experience make millions in the private sector. We are lucky to have @JamesUthmeierFL as a public servant.

I’ve requested law enforcement to be on heightened alert for any possible security threats. Further, terrorist organizations are barred from using any and all state resources, and we expect the governor’s executive order to be upheld. Alert FDLE and FHP immediately if you see suspicious activity.

A guy wearing a MAGA hat says he was booed by a waitress and kicked out of a restaurant. Seems highly inappropriate and unethical for a restaurant to do this. What are your thoughts?

To be clear about what this depicts: An immigration officer threw a woman onto the ground. Alex Pretti, a registered nurse on scene as a legal observer, is filming and goes to help the woman up. He is then pepper sprayed and thrown to the ground for no discernible reason. Many officer surround and assault him; one removes his firearm, which police say appears to have been legally registered. They then execute him with a hail of bullets. They are, objectively speaking, both cowards and criminals, while Pretti is what we teach people an American ought to be.
