Mental Health Awareness week. It is not always those who shout the loudest who are suffering the most. Please please talk to someone if you are struggling. Miss you so much Leo 💙

I've been shattered with work and grief so I paused the A to Z. But today I'm going to do another D. D is for "don't you worry mummy, you'll find it." He used to say this to me when I looked worried about something. My darling Valentine, I wish you were here to say it today. ❤️

It's taken me a while to feel able to post an A to Z for Alexander. But today's the day. A is for "abidriz" and B is for "baga". Both made up words he used before he could talk properly to describe various things. For so long, he called F "baga" & it made us laugh so much. #grief

@criminographer You all show such strength and love amidst the heartbreak. F is a little hero, and this is also testament to the way you have been so open with him and helped him to comprehend the incomprehensible. Xx

Finding some joy in the autumn leaves. We visited the cemetery so I could talk to him about the stone being removed and when it's back it'll include Isabelle. He's recently been telling us she's still in the mortuary so I wanted to gently encourage a chat about it. He's our hero x

@criminographer I know that as bereaved parents we grieve but carry on because we feel we have no choice. You could have chosen to allow this to break you completely, but you didn’t. I marvel at your strength and your willingness to share your story to help others. Sending hugs. 💙

It's the start of #BabyLossAwarenessWeek. We miss our beautiful 2 terribly. The grief is loud, quiet, acute, dull, terrifying, consuming & everything in between. Our time stands still & also races on. We grieve for what they were & what they could have been. Love to all grieving. X

@criminographer As a fellow bereaved mum, I cannot imagine the pain you must be going through. I’m so so sorry you are having to face this again & I’m sending so much love as you try to process it. 🩷for Isabelle 🩷

We don't have the strength right now to reply to you all, but please know how grateful we are for the love and kindness you are showing us. We are bereft, missing the soul of this house who made us all a little sillier and fun 💓Isabelle💓

@Jon_T_R I love this! One of my biggest fears is that Leo’s friends will forget him as their lives continue without him. It’s this kind of thing which makes me realise our boys will never be forgotten & they will always be a part of the lives they touched.

@cathsbruv Oh and no, you won’t look like a pensioner - you can’t see the transition (not like the olden days when it was an actual line across the lens!)

Has anyone got varifocals? I was offered them this time but went for a separate pair for reading but it’s bring annoying swapping all the time. Are they easy to get used to? Do your eyes adjust quickly? Will I look like a pensioner?

@cathsbruv I’ve got some - they’re great! Mine had to be adjusted (there’s a ‘long corridor’ or ‘short corridor’ within the lens - to do with how quickly it transitions from one section to the next) one works for me, the other doesn’t - don’t be afraid to ask qu’s if it doesn’t feel right

@ClaireCarmalt Oh they did! Despite arriving back at midnight, they didn’t stop talking on the journey back from the airport - they seem to have had a blast everywhere they went, with Prague and Madrid as their favourite cities overall. Me, I’m just relieved they’re home safe and happy!
