A month ago my daughter had her phone snatched by a man in broad daylight in London. Last night she was assaulted again by a man on a busy main road in daylight trying to snatch her bag. She was punched. London is not safe for women @metpoliceuk @MayorofLondon Do something!

@JournalistJill I was once asked out by a gentleman in M&S food hall Twickenham. He was wearing one of those dark coloured quilted jackets which for some reason made me mistake him for a member of staff. I said thank you, complemented him on his vegetables and moved on.

An M&S assistant just came up to me and my mum unprompted and asked if we needed help with anything. This has not happened - to me at least - in 40 odd years of shopping there. A memo has gone out, hasn’t it? IYKYK 😉
