Good to see NY emphasizing the role of quality curriculum. 🙌 But, is self-certification likely to yield good outcomes? Will any district believe that the curriculum is non-aligned with best practices? We have doubts. @GovKathyHochul @NYSEDNews









@pickyandthrivin So it's reading time for those who can read, but instruction and intervention for those who are still learning to read. If the majority aren't reading, it will be difficult to shut the class down to have a "quiet 20" for those who can.
