@BritishGas So glad I pay so much for the top level of emergency cover. Now we need to find a place to stay tonight so our baby doesn’t get ill from staying in a cold house. Not an easy task when your family are isolating with covid and there’s no where to go. Thanks a lot.

@BritishGasHelp No. Our extended family are waiting for PCR results so we can’t stay with them and we can’t stay at home because it’s freezing and our baby will get ill.

@BritishGas Would love to know what you’re supposed to do when your boiler completely stops working, British Gas won’t send anyone until tomorrow and you’ve got a young baby, who’s expected to stay in a freezing house with no hot water or central heating.
